Syntax:

BESSELY(x, n)

Description:

This returns the Bessel function Yn(x) (also known as the Weber function or the Neumann function).

x is the value to be evaluated.

n is the order of the Bessel function. N must be ≥ 0. An integer is expected; if this is not the case, Calculate automatically truncates the decimal places.
