On the Statistics tab in the dialog box of the ribbon command File | Properties , you can retrieve statistical information about the current document:

▪The Cells section displays how many cells are filled and how many of them contain text, numbers, formulas or comments.

▪The General section displays the number of worksheets and the number of pages.

▪The Objects section displays the number of objects (charts, pictures, etc.) in the current documents.

▪The Actions section displays when the document was created, last saved and last printed.
