The ribbon command Review | SmartChat allows you to create AI-based texts. Write uses the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI), which tries to understand a human question in order to generate a meaningful human-like response.
Note: The processing is not done locally on your computer, but is transferred to the online service ChatGPT. Therefore, you must be connected to the Internet to use this feature.
Choose the ribbon command Review | group Language tools | SmartChat 
and select from the available uses of the AI in the menu that appears:
▪Summarize text
| Let the AI summarize your text. In the opened dialog box, choose whether you want to summarize only the text section (which you must have selected beforehand) or your entire document. |
| Specify the appropriate text length and the desired output language for the text summary. |
| Insert the result directly into your open document using the Insert button. If you have chosen Whole document, the result will be inserted at the cursor position. If you have chosen Selected text, the result will replace the selection. |
| Or copy the result to the clipboard using the Copy button so that you can paste it into another program. |
▪Write a story
| You can instruct the AI to write an article using the keywords you suggest. In the opened dialog box, enter the keywords relevant to your article. |
| Choose the text style of the article you want to create, a suitable text length and the desired output language for the article. |
| Insert the result directly into your open document using the Insert button. The result always appears at the end of the document. |
| Or copy the result to the clipboard using the Copy button so that you can paste it into another program. |
▪Improve style and grammar
| Enhance the existing text in your document for style and grammar with the help of AI. In the opened dialog box, choose whether you want to revise only the text section (which you must have selected beforehand) or your entire document. |
| You can have the text improved in the present language as well as choose another language to convert the text into. If you don't like the suggestion, press the Suggestions button again to get another result. |
| Insert the result directly into your open document using the Insert button. If you have chosen Whole document, the result will be inserted at the cursor position. If you have chosen Selected text, the result will replace the selection. |
| Or copy the result to the clipboard using the Copy button so that you can paste it into another program. |
▪Talk to the AI
| Get into a direct dialog with the AI-driven module and receive an AI-based answer to a question you ask. |
| The answer will be written in the language in which your question was formulated. |
| Insert the result directly into your open document using the Insert button. The result will be inserted at the cursor position. If text has been selected in your document, the result will replace the selection. |
| Or copy the result to the clipboard using the Copy button so that you can paste it into another program. |
